I LOST 150 POUNDS

According to the National Institutes of Health, obesity and overweight together are the second leading cause of preventable death in the United States, close behind tobacco use. An estimated 300,000 deaths per year are due to the obesity epidemic.

These numbers could be reduced simply by taking action towards dropping those painstaking, “life-threatening” pounds. Is it easy? Of course not! But, coming from a person who has “yo yoed” his way down to a healthy 150 pound weight loss, I think I’m qualified with the results that prove how it could be done naturally.

Unlike most other coaches or trainers out there, I genuinely relate to the many psychological, physical, and emotional hardships that come along the territory of obesity. So perhaps, you and I are more alike than you may think.

So if you’re willing to learn from someone who has been through the roller coaster rides, has failed numerous times, but somehow found a way to persevere towards success, I would be willing to dedicate my time to helping you.
